    • The transition from the Strategia Sales team to the Services team is seamless because both teams are working together during the pre-sales process.
    • Implementation is based on providing those services which address your specific and unique needs.

  • The implementation of a learning system is a constant evolution
    The initial implementation of our learning management system always addresses the immediate top priority requirements of your organization. As your organization's learning maturity and culture changes, so too do will your system LMS requirements. To efficiently meet your evolving needs we have developed two service offerings:
    • Ed Start:
      • Designed for learning system initiatives that start with less than 500 learners where there is a limited capability on the part of the client to manage their learning system
      • Strategia provides the system and management services to provide a branded learning system that will offer up to 10 online courses and the reporting capability for users and supervisors to track the progress of training in the organization without the added complexity of having to manage the administration of the system

    • Ed a-la-carte:
      • Offers a full menu of services that can be selected for organizations that are beyond 500 users or for organizations that wish to administer the development and deployment of their learning and the management of their users, user interface, compliance needs, notifications and reports
      • Each service component (including the service and support time) in the Ed a-la-carte offering is defined so you know exactly what is being provided when purchasing the service
      • Gives you the flexibility to start as an “Ed Start” client, with the option to evolve your Learning System by adding additional services from the Ed a la carte menu
      • If you are an organization which is looking to be autonomous with their learning system, the Strategia sales team will help you choose which Ed a-la-carte services are best for you
      • As your organizations needs continue to evolve, additional services can always be added to enhance your Learning System experience

    • People learn at their own pace
      The introduction of a learning management system – even one as user friendly as Ed – brings a significant cultural change for learners and the team that will administer the system.

      We understand that the culture of your organization, and the complexity of your learning requirements, will directly affect the pace at which Ed can be introduced. That’s why Strategia offers just-in-time training for all of our services. This means your system administration team:
      • Learns exactly what they need to know to manage the system – when they need to know it
      • Can learn at their own pace instead of having a massive information overload at the beginning of your project – and likely forgetting much of this down the road when it comes time to use it!

      Bank your service hours: in addition, all services offered by Strategia are based on the number of service hours. Any service hour not used can be banked and used post implementation for more advanced strategic applications of the learning system.
